Some Thoughts

*
Conditions such as hunger, poverty, cold and pain can make people curse God or seek Him.
People may begin to look inside of themselves and perhaps may realize that they cannot do much about it on their own. They will soon see that they need others to help them to overcome their situation/condition.

Circumstances in life may show our weaknesses and our strength and will teach us what actions can be taken.

There are many who don't pay attention to the opportunity presented and turn their backs on God.

My personal devastating circumstances in my early life brought me to my childhood prayer, and subsequently to the foot of the Cross where the Savior saved my soul.

In generaL, LIFE IS A TEACHER and we better be learning something, using God's word as our textbook, the Holy Spirit as our Guidance and Jesus Christ as our Example.

Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, 2 Peter 1:2

Everything that Jesus Christ has to offer us includes LIFE and that abundantly, Eternal Life, peace, grace, joy unspeakable, even angels to watch over us, and many many more benefits of the Kingdom of God.

It is indeed the BEST OF EVERYTHING. WHY would anyone turn Jesus Christ down?

Seek ye Me, and ye shall live: Amos 5:4b

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: Proverbs 1:7a

Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the Righteous Judge, shall give me at that day. 2 Timothy 4:8a

Religion per-se is void, powerless, man ordained, satan inspired and presents only hollow sounds.

Therefore anyone bringing vain words of religion are lies of darkness.

There is only ONE true Religion of which promises will come true in the lives of the believers, which is to be found in God, the Father, His Son, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.

The above being on the condition of surrendering to Christ and following in His footsteps; abiding in Him.

Patient and Impatient

My husband has a saying which goes like this:

One that believes is not in a rush and they that are in a hurry don't believe.
Patience is a virtue.

And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope: Romans 5:3,4

By being impatient one tends to make errors, may overlook important issues, may stumble. This is when a patient person will catch on what is not immediately obvious and picks up what an impatient person has left behind.

though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Hab 2:3b

Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield. For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name. Psalm 33:20,21

Does following Christ means that we sacrifice much?

Being busy for and with the Kingdom of God is NO sacrifice, but GREAT JOY UNSPEAKABLE. We gladly sacrifice the things of this world.

What we have sacrificed to gain Christ has only been a big mess; a sinful life surrendered unto Him.

It was Christ who sacrificed more than we ever will understand, therefore our life for Christ and the Gospel has given us so much joy.

In serving Him we'll never miss out on anything worthwhile... spiritual worthwhile... Praising His name above ALL names!
