You need Wisdom?

1. My son, if thou wilt receive My words, and hide My commandments with thee;

2 So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding;
3 Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding;
4 If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures;
5 Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.
6 For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of His mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.
7 He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: He is a buckler to them that walk uprightly.
8 He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of His saints.
Proverbs 2:1-8

God gives clear directions in His word; how to receive eternal life; how to live holy before His face; how to treat your enemies; how to endure, etc. In the above scriptures you'll find instructions on how to receive wisdom and knowledge.

If you just would pay attention to His word and meditate upon it, many of the daily problems you are facing would get dissolved. If you need direction in which way to turn, God's word has the answer.

Doesn't Jesus Himself say: "Ask, and it shall be given you; Seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. Matthew 7:7

Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. John 16:23

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. Philippians 4:6

But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. James 1:6,7

Apply God's word to your life. Not only when you are in trouble, but every moment of your life.
You soon will experience the leading of the Holy Spirit; a close relationship with the Father; a clear path to walk; understanding of His will for your life; love for your neighbour and enemy; and above all the peace of God in your heart.

Then you will stand unmovable through faith, no matter the circumstances, for the glory of God.

Go for it, in the strength of the Lord!

Surrender Your All

Ours is the daily sacrifice of the sinful self on the cross of Christ. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Romans 12:1,2

Nobody has to tell you that you made a mess out of your life. With God's grace you may be able to make something of the rest of your life.Surrendering your life to Christ is where you have to start with. God will answer you when your cry is desperate, genuine and with remorse.

He is not here just to help you out of an inconvenient odd situation or/and to help you to keep balance in a wrong situation.

GOD IS HOLY and RIGHTEOUS and He will not support sin.
YOU ARE THE ONE WHO HAS TO TURN TO GOD, THROUGH JESUS CHRIST.

Repent of sin, past or present, turn around 100% and leave the mess behind, forsaking your sin and any connection with it.
Surrender to the Lord and let Him lead you. The Lord knows your intentions and He looks right through them.

Do not forget that Jesus sacrificed His life, so you may have eternal life, if you believe and walk in His ways. Jesus did NOT die for your convenience or earthly benefits, BUT TO SAVE YOUR SOULS FROM HELL.

Start at square one, be obedient to the Scripture, personally accepting Jesus, then waterbaptism by immersion, as in Mark 16:16, and seek the infilling of the Holy Spirit, including the speaking in tongues for self-edification.

Allow the Fruits of the Holy Spirit to develop in your life. Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance. You may read this in Galatians 5:22,23

Draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. James 3:5

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9

Rulers and kings setting up against God

Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against His anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.

He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall He speak unto them in His wrath, and vex them in His sore displeasure.

Yet have I set My King upon My holy hill of Zion. I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto Me, Thou art My Son; this day have I begotten Thee. Ask of Me, and I shall give Thee the heathen for Thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for Thy possession.

Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; Thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.

Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.

Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and ye perish from the way, when His wrath is kindled but a little.

Blessed are all they that put their trust in Him.
Psalm 2:1-12

In the above Psalm we read how the kings and rulers are setting themselves up against God and His Annointed, Jesus Christ and His followers. They want to do away with God's word, as for them it is like a band and a cord, which holds them in place.

In other words, kings and rulers of this world do not want to obey the word of God. They want to eliminate this and live under their own rules. God's word brings them under conviction.

God laughs at them and makes a mockery of them. His wrath will come.

The following Verses picture an ideal divine King, Son and Ruler, which only can refer to Jesus Christ.
These Verses are repeated in Revelation 2:27,28... And He shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of My Father. And I will give Him the morning star.

Next Verses present a solemn warning and the instruction to make things right with the Son, or perish.

At last a blessing and an encouraging to them that trust in God.

This Psalm is a prophetic word, which is coming into complete fulfillment before our own eyes - a total falling away of morals and decency - going against God and nature, condoned and even encouraged by them that are leaders of the nations.

The Psalmist had no idea where he was speaking about. It surely was an inspired word of God.
We know now what the Psalmist was uttering, but we cannot grasp the total depth of it.

Let us, who love to obey God's word, pay attention to the Scripture and draw closer to the Lord.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. Revelation 2:29

Amen!

His Law is Written in Our Hearts

For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put My laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to Me a people:

And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know Me, from the least to the greatest.

For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more. Hebrews 8:10-12

Dear friend, God has showed His mercy to a people who did not deserve His mercy. He reached out in love to a people who did not deserve any such love.

In this, God has reached out to us. Through His love, God supplied us with the Perfect and Righteous SACRIFICE for our sins; Jesus, the Christ.

Through the Holy Spirit He has put His laws into our minds and in our hearts. Now we don't live under the Law of Moses, but through faith in the finished work of Christ on the Cross, and through the power of the Holy Spirit, who teaches and guides us.

How blessed we are to serve such a wonderful Father. He will not anymore remember our sins and iniquities.

Thank You Lord!

In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. 1 Thessalonians 5:18

Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
Philippians 4:20

Refiner's Fire

Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction. Isaiah 48:10

He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver. Malachi 3:3

This verse puzzled some women in a Bible study and they wondered what this statement meant about the character and nature of God. One of the women offered to find out the process of refining silver and get back to the group at their next Bible Study.

That week, the woman called a silversmith and made an appointment to watch him at work. She didn't mention anything about the reason for her interest beyond her curiosity about the process of refining silver.

As she watched the silversmith, he held a piece of silver over the fire and let it heat up. He explained that in refining silver, one needed to hold the silver in the middle of the fire where the flames were hottest as to burn away all the impurities.

The woman thought about God holding us in such a hot spot; then she thought again about the verse that says: "He sits as a refiner and purifier of silver."

She asked the silversmith if it was true that he had to sit there in front of the fire the whole time the silver was being refined. The man answered that yes, he not only had to sit there holding the silver, but he had to keep his eyes on the silver the entire time it was in the fire.
If the silver was left a moment too long in the flames, it would be destroyed.

The woman was silent for a moment. Then she asked the silversmith, "How do you know when the silver is fully refined?" He smiled at her and answered: "Oh, that's easy - when I see my image in it."

If today you are feeling the heat of the fire, remember that God has His eye on you and will keep watching you until He sees His image in you.

And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on My name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is My people: and they shall say, The LORD is My God. Zechariah 13:9

Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently. 1 Peter 1:22

Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Psalm 51:7,10

You Need a Hand?

The hand of the LORD shall be known toward His servants, and His indignation toward His enemies. Isaiah 66:14b

Precious Lord, take my hand
Lead me on, help me stand
I am tired, I am weak, and I am worn.
Through the storm, through the night
Lead me on to the light.

Take my hand, previous Lord,
Lead me on.

Fear not, but let your hands be strong. Zechariah 8:13b

You may not always feel up to par; you may get bogged down at times. Life may not be as expected; things went the wrong way; your perfect pattern got smudged. You're not seeing things in the right perspective.

You're not happy at your job; not impressed with your marriage; can't handle your kids; can't stand the neighbours... etc... etc. You have become dishearted, dissatisfied, disagreeable, disorientated and you're now in disbelief.

You know what I mean, if you realize what is going on in your own heart.
In short... you feel tired, weak and worn. Right?

This is the time to flee to the Lord; give Him your burdens; bring your ALL before His throne. Don't carry your burden for too long, or you may buckle under its weight.

You have God's word to draw from, and to be encouraged by.
Call upon His name right now. He is waiting for you.

Thy right hand, O LORD, is become glorious in power: Thy right hand, O LORD, hath dashed in pieces the enemy. Exodus 15:6 1

In Thine hand is power and might; and in Thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all. Now therefore, our God, we thank Thee, and praise Thy glorious name. 1 Chronicles 29:12b,13

Our Mighty Father

Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?
Thou art the God that doest wonders: Thou hast declared Thy strength among the people.

Thou hast with Thine arm redeemed Thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah. The waters saw Thee, O God, the waters saw Thee; they were afraid: the depths also were troubled.

The clouds poured out water: the skies sent out a sound: Thine arrows also went abroad. The voice of Thy thunder was in the heaven: the lightnings lightened the world: the earth trembled and shook.

Thy way is in the sea, and Thy path in the great waters, and Thy footsteps are not known.
Psalm 77:13-19

The above is a partial description of whom our heavenly Father is. He is a mighty God, whose eyes are upon the sparrows... whose eyes are upon mankind. He is the Almighty, who rules the universe and He is the small voice who speaks to your heart.

Please, visit the following poetic page and read of "His Wondrous Works" :

Who is like unto Thee, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like Thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders? Exodus 15:11

Seek the Lord with ALL of Your Heart!

Seek the LORD, and His strength: seek His face evermore.
Psalm 105:4

YOU ARE THE ONE WHO HAS TO TURN TO GOD, THROUGH JESUS CHRIST.

Repent of sin, past or present, turn around 100% and leave the mess behind, forsaking your sin and any connection with it.

Only fear the LORD, and serve Him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things He hath done for you. 1 Samuel 12:24

Start at square one, be obedient to the Scripture, personally accepting Jesus, then waterbaptism by immersion, as in Mark 16:16, and seek the infilling of the Holy Spirit and the speaking in tongues for self-edification.

But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you. Luke 12:31

Allow the Fruits of the Holy Spirit to develop in your life. Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance..Galatians 5:22,23
Shun sin and wordly places, and screen videos, TV programs, books , wordly friend etc. CLEAN HOUSE.

GO ALL OUT FOR GOD, SURRENDER COMPLETELY TO JESUS.
If you don't want to do this, forget about the rest.
This is ALL hard work and much effort on your part to deny the flesh and take up your cross.
If done for the love of Christ, He will carry you and make your burdens light.

IT IS WORTH IT !! HALLELUJAH !!

That ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Romans 12: 1,2

Unequally Yoked...

Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
2 Corinthians 6:14-17

Of course it is good to pray for someone to get saved, but an unsaved person should NOT be a believer's boy/girl-friend to start with. If you want your prayers to be answered you must foremost walk in obedience unto God's word.

The danger to be connected with an unbeliever is that it will weaken your relationship with the Lord and you don't know if he/she ever will accept Jesus Christ as Savior.
This is exactly where Paul warns us for.

You may think that Paul was only referring to "being unequally yoked" in marriage, but that isn't so. Any follower of Christ should not have close relationship or friendship with a unbeliever or wordly person.

This may be considered similar to putting your hand on a hot stove. You'll get burned for sure.

Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Proverbs 3:5-6

It is not that God doesn't want you to have friends. It is His love that wants to spare you from hurts, heartaches and wasted time. His main concern is that He doesn't want to lose you. You can't serve two Gods.

If you wish to benefit from God's promises, you also have to fulfill the obligations to His word.

My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.
Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.
For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.
Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
Proverbs 4:20-22

God Will Get You Through

He will keep you afloat

When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. Isaiah 43:2

Take the above scripture and make it your own, by faith. His word is for you to lean upon.
You have to exercise your faith, even if it is still little.

Faith is like a muscle, the more you use it the stronger it gets.
Faith is not something one possesses, as one owns a house or something.
Faith can be compared with water, we have to make sure we'll keep it contained, that it does not evaporate or run away through the cracks.
Faith needs continuously being activated, using it any available opportunity.

By faith we see the Invisible, believe the Incredible, and receive the Impossible.

Unless the LORD had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence. Psalm 94:17

Although your situation may look complicated, there have been other complicated situation that God did fix.
At this moment, you're looking up against an enormous high mountain. This mountain is blocking out all light and even the warmth of the "sun".

This mountain is very real to you, for you see and feel the result of all that has passed in your life.

But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. Psalm 3:3

Take God's word for what it is worth and trust your Heavenly Father. He speaks to you through His word.

Walk humbly in His footsteps, willing to learn from your Teacher. Use your "textbook" often and allow this life to be your "classroom". Go for "high" marks ONLY and you will pass every grade with great success.
HALLELUJAH!
