More to think about!

I will bless the LORD, who hath given me counsel: my reins also instruct me in the night seasons. I have set the LORD always before me: because He is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope. Psalm 16:7-9.

PRAISE GOD, HE IS MY ROCK OF SALVATION! I am not just quoting this Psalm but rather declaring and confessing the words which are God inspired. I fear God and rebuke satan in the name of Jesus. The name above ALL names. He has given us the VICTORY to be conquerors over the powers of darkness. GLORY TO THE LAMB! Let us walk in humbleness and being steadfast in faith and in trust of God who leads His children in all truth. Amen!

Reaching out to a world lost in sin, joining together to be His hand extended is a profitable endeavor and worth far more than all the riches of this world. Understanding the words of Jesus: "When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand. So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand." The time is closing in!

There is never a disappointment with the Lord, if we expect the answer from Him alone. Be encouraged! Look up into His Holy face and see the radiance of everlasting glory in His eyes; the heavenly glow of Godly Love; the unspeakable Beauty of His appearance. He is the Conqueror, the Overcomer, the Restorer, the Healer, the Master of All, the Son of God, the Alpha and Omega, the soon coming King and more. PRAISE GOD!

But without FAITH it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6

FAITH in who? or in what? Jesus says: "HAVE FAITH IN GOD".
Many people even Christians, when mentioning faith... they leave it up in the "air" to what faith should be connected to. Faith in themselves? Faith in the situation? The such are confused and have forgotten what Jesus says about having FAITH! They may "think" things will work out using the wrong kind "secular" faith, instead FAITH in GOD, and they don't even recognize the direction they're walking into. This is the biggest trap of the devil.

Blessed are those servants, whom the Lord when He cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that He shall gird Himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them. Luke 12:37

There are some amongst us who like the benefits and blessings of the Cross of Christ and His suffering, but don't want to crucify their own "old flesh"; the sinful nature one still carries with him. The such like to get the blessings and stay in their comfort zone, continuing in their old lifestyle, sin, habits etc. This will never work, since the flesh and the Spirit are enemies of each other. The idea of transformed lives, through holiness and following Christ in self denial, goes against the flesh and oneself. Creating a new type of Christianity; combining flesh and Spirit presents a pitfall. It can be compared with a broken or damaged vessel.

What we will see next is the blind leading the lame in their deception, both tumbling down in the pit of spiritual disaster.
Be watchful that you don't miss the Crown of Life.

Jesus answered: "Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed." John 8:34-36

We are not set free to follow the lust of the flesh, but to serve God and love Him with all our heart, all our understanding and all that is within us. Some that I know use this freedom in a abusive manner, for their own good and earthly pleasure.
Following one's own heart is not the freedom Christ refers to, rather it shows bondage to the flesh.
Walk carefully so you won't miss the "crown". Deny the world and gain heaven, for this is what the Father has in mind for His children. Amen!  Be blessed as you obey His word.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1

Making the TRUTH of God's Words visible in your life, you have to ACT upon it by faith in God. Read this Scripture verse again slowly, let it to sink in, grab it, hold on and check your heart what you "hoped for" and believe that the evidence will become visible, that which you cannot see yet. IT WILL APPEAR, according to God's word!

Just think how blessed you are to know the Lord and being able to walk with Him in good and bad times. To tell Him what is on your heart and how you love Him. Jesus will listen to all you have to say and then He will begin to speak to you; through His word, in your heart, a vision, a dream or a song which pops up in your heart.

Our Lord is AWESOMELY WONDERFUL and WONDERFULLY AWESOME!

When we glorify the Lord, He immediately responds with giving us overwhelming joy in our heart... unspeakable and full of glory. He is ALIVE!

Let you LIGHT so shine before man!

In the love of Christ,

Knowing the Father

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 1 John 2:15,16

This scripture refers to loving the things of this world with a PASSION; something you MUST have; that which your heart is after and which you cannot live without. It does not mean something you like or prefer. We must be able to give up anything for God. We need to sell out completely to the Lord.

The Lord has asked me several times during my walk with Him if I would give up my children, my house, my possessions, my husband ... at last my ALL. I have hesitated at times, and checked if God really meant what He did require from me. I may just have heard it wrong! I waited... I thought... I cried. I said Lord: "You don't mean that, do You?" The Lord responded: "Yes, my child, I mean it." He gave me the choice and it scared me to make the decision, thinking I would lose ALL at some time.
I took the risk, expecting to be left empty handed, and said: "Yes, Lord, here it is." These were very emotional and spiritual milestones in my life, and I learned through going into the deep waters of total immersion in Him, Who He really was and is.

Although the Lord required my ALL, He never took it, instead He added. Oh, how wonderful is My Lord and King. Is our God and Father for real or what? HE SURE IS REAL AND ABLE TO SEE US THROUGH!

Romans 4:17,18..( spoken about Abraham) (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.
Who (Abraham) against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.

AWESOME word of God... to believe in hope against ALL hope. Beloved I also have experienced this. The more we exercise our faith, the stronger we get in our faith in God and His promises. AND WE SHALL SEE IT COME TO PASS, by the confession of our mouth.

We need to speak the word of God and not that of our own understanding. We can be shortsighted and if we think that the situation is hopeless, we tend to confess the wrong thing, and it may take longer to reach the goal this way. We need to go Gods Way, which is exactly the opposite than our own human thinking. Some of us can give advice because we have been there, but are not in such a situation right now. God allows us to help each other, we are all members of one body having different tasks.

Abraham's faith to become the father of many nations was tested. And how long did it take him to get his son Isaac? And if this was not enough... God told him to sacrifice Isaac. Here we are back to what I started out with: "Although the Lord required my ALL, He never took it, instead He added."

Abraham did not needed to sacrifice Isaac after all, but was obedient unto death (of his son). What was the result? UNSPEAKABLE, I'll say. Abraham's descendants were as innumerable as the sand which is by the sea shore. DO YOU GET IT?
Give your ALL and God will see to it that you receive more blessings than you are able to contain. GLORY TO THE FATHER!

Please, don't rebel against the intentions of the Lord. Don't fight the trials, which life brings. Take them as a challenge, allow the Lord to mold you into His image. He wants you to come through victoriously. Many take trials as bothersome, but they miss an opportunity to see God at work in their lives. Others believe that impossibilities are limiting God, while they forget that the Lord may be preparing them for something very special.

Be blessed in the name of the Lord.
In His service,

Minister Dr. Trudy Veerman

The Word explained

Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered. Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin. Romans 4:7,8.

God keeps no records of sins/wrongs which have been confessed to Him and forgiven by Him. Indeed, Jesus' Sacrifice was enough for ALL mankind to receive salvation. He came for all man, nevertheless NOT All man want Jesus in their lives, therefore many will be lost for eternity.

Without the shedding of Blood there is no remission of sin. This shows that unbelievers and the ungodly carry unforgiven sins in their heart and are lost souls, until they change to serve God and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. I suggest that God's word is accepted as it intended to be... Be saved through faith in Christ, or eternally lost without Christ.

God, our Father has laid out His work, His promises, His doings, His purpose etc. in His word; His Epistle to mankind. It is up to mankind to respond to God's "Love Letter". We have been given a free will and may choose whomever we want to serve, with the consequences of that decision. Even if God would have chosen us, OUR response to Him determines the outcome.

"He hath chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love:" Ephesians 1:4.

Certainly, God has chosen us before the foundation of the earth. YOU KNOW WHY AND HOW GOD chooses US? Because God KNEW already far before time, that WE WOULD CHOOSE HIM, SINCE HE GAVE US A FREE WILL TO DO SO. This is His foreknowledge.

Ephesians 1:4. All TRUE... but NOT outside of our own will, or He would have never given us a free will to choose. We are NO puppets.

Is the Lord's Prayer, Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:9-13, the only prayer we should pray?
This is not what Jesus commanded.

A conversation with the Father comes about through a personal relationship with Him. In the natural we do not keep on repeating the same words/sentences to our loved ones, but we share different thoughts from the heart each time we are together. I talk and pray to the Father, having an open conversation. He replies according to my need. He does not repeat the same answer every time either. I have a living relationship and I know His will as revealed in His word.

Speak out to God what is on your heart and what your needs are and He will answer you in clarity. I don't follow a religion but the Living God, who has become my Father. My heart is an open book to Him. AMEN!

Open rebuke is better than secret love. Proverbs 27:5.

An open rebuke coming to someone who goes astray is through LOVE to save the person from falling by the wayside. This is a true scripture, because an open rebuke will present an opportunity for someone to correct his/her walk with God. While a secret love is hidden and may not even be noticed. Never reject a rebuke for this will show a haughty heart. Always search if there is truth in the rebuke and change your life accordingly.

Rebuke is hard to take for many people, because they are being stepped upon their toes. They think they are being wrongly judged and their pride is in the way to hear the true warning. This shows that they themselves are sitting on the thrown of their heart, instead of Christ being the Ruler of their life. It would be much wiser to pay attention to the rebuke in order to change their awkward ways and their haughty heart.

Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 5:3

Here Jesus is referring to the "humble" souls, those who realize they have a mayor need in their life, especially the need of the Saviour. The ones who think so great about themselves cannot and will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness: fear before Him, all the earth.  Psalm 96:9
There is truth and beauty in simplicity. A person in plain clothes but with the smile of the joy of Christ and the sparkle of TRUE life in his/her eyes, is AWESOME TO BEHOLD. We see Christ alive in such a person. Now there is a beautifully dressed person with a sour face, bitter heart and a sign of death in the eyes. The dress may be awesome, but it does not make such a person beautiful.

Blessed  are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.  Matthew 5:8

Jesus lived a life of simplicity, being our example.  Most people of the affluent societies around the world are involved in great debts; being entangled through loans, mortgages,  use of credit cards etc, thereby making their lives pretty much complicated.  Christians have allowed the environment to influence their lives by adapting more to the norm/model of the world affairs than to the word of God. Jesus says: "Learn of me for I am meek and lowly of heart."

This humbleness of the Son of God brought down the POWER of God. Just think about it! Could it be that the lack of the power of God is caused due to the lack of humbleness in our life? Remember, The Lord will notice the simple things done out of a pure heart.

Blessed are the "pure" of heart... Jesus says. The word "Pure" here refers to simplicity, clean, unmixed, unpollutedsingle-mindedness, purged, uncluttered, holy, keeping the spiritual eyes focused, devoted.

IT IS THE SIMPLICITY OF A PURE HEART THAT SHINES FORTH THE LIGHT OF GOD, WHICH IS THE TRUE BEAUTY.
