Whatever life may bring your way, there is always HELP.
When you're sad or in trouble JESUS IS YOUR SHEPHERD!
If you are Happy and content you can thank Him in good times as well, for He is YOUR SHEPHERD.
What I am trying to say here is that God cares and has provided a Friend with whom we can and may share all that is on our heart.

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures: He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul: He leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me.
Thou prepare a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Thou anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
