The failing "GRACE church"

1 John 5:3 For this is the Love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.

1 John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world (in oneself), even our faith.

Some may think this IS bothersome... Why? They don't want to get rid of their old "ME".
To crucify the flesh (overcome the world) and to keep the old sinful nature under submission one must apply the scriptures and honor God. This requires
a surrendering of your will to God and yielding to DAILY obedience. To do this, you must learn to walk in His ways by faith; believing that you are able to do what God instructs in His Word.
Faith is ACTIVE, not passive!

There are those who like to do it the easy way... sitting on a cart going downhill... without any effort, just keeping the "ME" comfortable. They don't like discipline and they don't want it either. They call themselves "Righteous", and without confession of sins they believe to roll right into heaven. They say there is nothing to add, for Jesus did it all.

Let me tell you this much, they will NEVER be able to get up hill, for they have NO spiritual strength. They have not applied the much needed spiritual exercise.
They seem to have surrendered more unto themselves than unto God.

They that have surrendered, crucified the flesh and follow the Lamb wherever He goes are CARRIED up and down life's hill by the power of the Holy Spirit. They will sing HALLELUJAH, GLORY TO THE LAMB AND WILL REIGN WITH CHRIST FOREVER.
Amen!
Let us be watchful and seek God for wisdom and protection from these lying spirits.

May God be with you, I pray.
