Joseph reconciles with his brothers |
Whom the Lord sets FREE is FREE indeed. AMEN!
Joseph, the beloved son of Jacob and Rachael, described in Genesis, has quite a life experience to which not too many of us come even close. Whatever pain he went through was something he didn't even deserve. He ended up in some of the most peculiar situations while keeping his trust in God, which kept him in the freedom of spirit. Although bound in the flesh, by faith he was set free by the Father and therefore FREE indeed.
Joseph must have been thinking along the same line, since his faith in God eventually took him from his "jail term" into the Palace of Pharaoh. Joseph was "raised" a few steps and became the Manager of the Store House and Governor of the land. - - - and that is what you get when you keep trusting the Lord.
It may seem that you are being lead in the wrong direction... but hold your "horses", serve the "prisoners" around you and watch the hand of the Lord move you into higher "regions". Joseph is the proof of God's faithfulness.
GLORY TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST.
Also, we can learn something from the rest of the story of Joseph. A very heart stirring story, how Joseph forgave his brothers.

A SHINING STAR IN THE HEAVENS!
Let us praise God right now.
O Lord, we come short on words to thank You and to praise You! How wonderful that You even remember each one of us, who are diligently seeking Your face, that You know our needs and meet these each day .
How mighty are Your deeds in heaven and on earth.
We cannot begin to fathom Your Greatness and Your Awesome Love towards Your children. We do not deserve any of Your kindness or Your mercy, no matter how good we may seem. Thank You, Father for considering us as Your children.

Better not let your "bones" dry out, and if you didn't know it yet, medicine can be avoided. Read what God's word has to say about it.
"A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones." Proverbs 17:22
Just remember, it is not through YOUR strength that His strength is made perfect ... but through your weakness. You bring Him your problems, He brings you grace.
An AWESOME promise of God in Isaiah 53:5
But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we ARE healed.

IT IS UP TO US WHAT TO DO WITH HIS WORD, TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!
For we, through the Spirit, wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.
I hope you don't mind but I will be your neighbour in the near future, since there is a place prepared for me by my Father... I have my "citizenship" in heaven for the past 50 years. When I go up there I only have to bring my "personal belongings", I mean... all that I am and have in Christ. Thank You, Lord!
Be blessed in the name of the Lord!
