Christmas Prayer
We come with the shepherds and Magi to the stable in Bethlehem this Holy Season, our hearts overflowing with adoration and gratitude, as we kneel before the manger of Your only-begotten Son.
Unto us, and them that have lost their innocence and sense of wonder, a Child is born.
Unto us, and them that have hardened their hearts and misplaced joy, a Son is given.
Upon us, and them that have longed for peace and too often found unrest, a Light has shone.
Upon His shoulder rests a dominion of quiet power and gentle compassion, for Jesus has come to save us and to teach us how to love and serve one another.
O Lord, please send out Your Spirit this Christmas and soften our hearts once again. Help us to take the time, especially with our loved ones, to look into their eyes, to hear the message of their hearts sometimes hidden behind their words, and to appreciate the unfathomable worth of each person who crosses our path.
Help us take time also to seek You in the quiet of our hearts, homes, and churches, for time with You, dear God, is our greatest treasure.
Watch over our loved ones near and far, especially those who protect us at home and abroad. Bring peace to every part of our world, every room of our homes, and every corner of our hearts. May You be born again in us this day.
AMEN and AMEN!

Who are You Worshipping?
That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent Him.
John 5:23
What's all this hectic rush and worry?
Where go these crowds who run and hurry?
Why all the lights... the Christmas trees?
The jolly "fat man", tell me please!
Why?... don't you know this is the day
for parties, for fun and play;
Why?... this is Christmas!
So this is Christmas, do you say?
But where is Christ this Christmas day?
Has He been lost among the throng?
His voice drowned out by empty song?
No... He's not here -- you'll find Him where
some humble soul now kneels in prayer,
who knows the Christ of Christmas.
But see the many aimless thousands
who gather on this Christmas Day,
whose hearts have never yet been opened,
or said to Him, "Come in to stay."
In countless homes candles are burning.
In countless hearts expectant yearning
ror gifts and presents, food and fun,
and laughter till the day is done.
But not a tear of grief or sorrow
for Him so poor He had to borrow
a crib, a colt, a boat, a bed
where He could lay His weary head.
I'm tired of all this empty celebration,
of feasting, drinking, recreation.
I'll go instead to Calvary,
and there I'll kneel with those who know
the meaning of that manger low,
and find the Christ... this Christmas.
I leap by faith across the years
to that great day when He appears
the second time, to rule and reign,
to end all sorrow, death and pain.
In endless bliss we then shall dwell
With Him who saved our souls from hell.
Worship Christ... not Christmas!

Tolerance versus Love
Tolerance says, "You must approve of what I do."
Love responds, "I must do something harder:
I will love you even when your behavior offends me."
Love responds, "I must do something harder:
I will tell you the truth,
Tolerance says, "You must allow me to have my way."
Love responds, "I must do something harder:
I will plead with you to follow the right way,
because I believe you are worth the risk."
Tolerance seeks to be inoffensive;
Love takes risks.
Tolerance glorifies division;
Love seeks unity.
Tolerance costs nothing;
Love costs everything.

Christ in Christmas
Let Your Light Shine
Keeping CHRIST in Christmas
'Twas the night before Christmas and all through the town
Not a sign of Baby Jesus was anywhere to be found.
The people were all busy with Christmas time chores
Like decorating, baking and shopping in stores.
No one sang "Away in a manger, no crib for a bed."
Instead, they sang of Santa dressed-up in bright red.
Mama watched Martha Stewart, Papa drank beer from a tap.
As hour upon hour the presents they'd wrap.
When what from the TV did they suddenly hear?
Just an ad which told of a big sale at Sears.
So away to the mall they all flew like a flash...
Buying things on credit ... and others with cash!
And as they came home from their trip to the mall,
Did they think about Jesus? Oh, no... not at all.
Their lives were so busy with Christmastime things
No time to remember Christ Jesus, the King.
There were presents to wrap and cookies to bake.
How could they stop to remember who died for their sake?
To pray to the Savior ... they had no time to stop,
Because they needed more time to "Shop 'till they dropped!"
On Wal-mart! On K-mart! On Target! On Penney's!
On Hallmark! On Zales! A quick lunch at Denny's!
From the big stores downtown to the stores at the mall
They would dash away, dash away, and visit them all!
And up on the roof, there arose such a clatter
As grandpa hung lights up on his brand new step ladder.
He hung lights that would flash and lights that would twirl.
Yet, he didn't pray to Jesus...The Light of the World.
Christ's eyes... how they twinkle! Christ's Spirit... how merry!
Christ's love... how enormous! All our burdens... He'll carry!
So instead of being busy, overworked, and uptight,
Let's put CHRIST BACK IN CHRISTMAS and make the season bright!

Still Learning
I've learned that, no matter what happens, how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow.
I've learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights.
I've learned that, regardless of your relationship with your parents, you'll miss them when they're gone from your life.
I've learned that making a "living" is not the same thing as making a "life."
I've learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance.
I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands. You need to be able to throw something back.
I've learned that if you pursue happiness, it will elude you. But, if you focus on your family, your friends, the needs of others, your work and doing the very best you can, happiness will find you.
I've learned that whenever I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision.
I've learned that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one.
I've learned that every day, you should reach out and touch someone.
People love that human touch -- holding hands, a warm hug, or just a friendly pat on the back.
I've learned that I still have a lot to learn.!
I've learned that you should pass this on to everyone you care about.

The Life Line
After a few of the usual Sunday evening hymns, the church's pastor slowly stood up and walked over to the pulpit. Before he gave his sermon for the evening, he briefly introduced a guest minister, who was in the service that evening.
Durning the introduction the pastor told the congregation, our guest minister was one of my dearest childhood friends. The pastor wanted him to take a few moments to greet the church and share whatever he felt would be appropriate for the service.
The elderly minister stepped up to the pulpit and began to speak. A father, his son, and a friend of his son were sailing off of the Pacific coast. Suddenly a fast approaching storm blocked their attempt to get back to shore. The waves were so high, that even though the father was an experienced sailor, he could not keep the boat upright. Soon the three of them were swept into the ocean, as the boat capsized.
The old man hesitated for a moment, making eye contact with two teenagers who were for the first time, since the service began, looking interested in his story.
The aged minister continued on with his story. The father grabbed a rescue line, then he had to make the most excruciating decision of his life. To which boy would he throw the other end of the lifeline? He only had a few seconds to make a decision.
The father knew that his son was a Christian, but he also knew that his son's friend was not a Christian. The agony of his decision could not be matched by the torrent of the waves.
The father yelled out to his son, I love you, my son! At that moment, the father threw out the other end of the lifeline, to his son's friend. By the time the father had pulled his son's friend back to the capsized boat, his son had disappeared beneath the raging swells, into the black of the night.
His son's body was never recovered!
By this time, the two teenagers were sitting up straight in the pew, anxious to hear the next words that the old minister would speak.
The old minister continued, the father knew that his son would step into eternity, with the Lord Jesus Christ. He also knew that his son's friend was lost, and he could not bear the thought of him stepping into an eternity without Jesus. He sacrificed his son to save his son's friend.
How great is the love of God, that He should do the same for us! Our Heavenly Father, sacrificed His only begotten Son, so that we could be saved. I urge you to accept His offer to rescue you, and to take hold of the lifeline that He is throwing out to you.
After saying these things, the old man turned and sat back down into his chair.
Silence filled the room.
The pastor walked slowly back to the pulpit and delivered a brief sermon. He added an invitation to the end of the service, yet no one responded to his appeal.
A few minutes after the service had ended, the two teenagers walked over to the old man. Standing beside him, they made the following remark: "That was a nice story, but we don't think that it was very realistic. We do not believe that a father would give up his only son's life, in hopes that the other boy would become a Christian."
Well, you've got a point there, the old man replied. A big smile came upon the old man's face as he glanced down at his worn Holy Bible. He looked up at the boys and said, it sure isn't very realistic is it?
Well, I'm standing here today to tell you that this story gives me a glimpse of what it must have been like, for God to give up His Son for me.
You see... I was that father, and your pastor is my son's friend!

The Poor Rich
The poor and the rich
There is that maketh himself rich, yet hath nothing: there is that maketh himself poor, yet hath great riches. Proverbs 13:7
One day, the father of a very wealthy family took his son on a trip to the country with the express purpose of showing him how poor people live.
They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would be considered a very poor family. On their return from their trip, the father asked his son, "How was the trip?" "It was great, Dad." "Did you see how poor people live?" the father asked. "Oh yeah," said the son. "So, tell me, what did you learn from the trip?" asked the father.
The son answered: "I saw that we have one dog and they had four. We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and they have a creek that has no end. We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night.
Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon. We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go beyond our sight. We have servants who serve us, but they serve others. We buy our food, but they grow theirs. We have walls around our property to protect us, they have friends to protect them."
The boy's father was speechless. Then his son added, "Thanks Dad for showing me how poor we are."
He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill; Psalm 113:7
If riches increase, set not your heart upon them. Psalm 62:10b

Entering The Kingdom of God
The things of this world are so enticing and presented in such a way, that it is forcing itself in many lives. Satan is out to keep everyone busy with things that really don't matter, nor have longlasting value.
So easily one can be sidetracked by issues which hinder their walk with God, or even are in the way of entering the Kingdom of God.
Jesus says: I am the door: by Me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. John 10:9
You need to enter the correct door in order to be saved and to come into the Kingdom of God.
If you tried to come to God through anything else, you have not yet received Christ as Savior, Lord and Master.
Even if you know about Jesus Christ and the Scripture, you are not saved unless you have accepted His Sacrifice for your sins and surrendered your life unto Him.
You cannot call upon God outside of Jesus Christ, because you need first to be cleansed by the Blood of Jesus from all unrighteousness. You may even think of yourself as a Christian, while you may not be one.
My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of My hand. John 10:27,28
You may say that you know all this and believe it. But this is still not enough, until you act upon this knowledge and walk in obedience to what you believe and know, according to God's word.
Perhaps you think you're okay, but according to the Scripture one will not enter the Kingdom of God without a concrete commitment to Jesus, the Christ.
You must be redeemed from sin, evil and the powers of satan; entering through the Door, if you want to communicate with the Father.
No man cometh unto the Father, but by Me (Jesus). John 14:6b
A born-again follower of Christ acts according to God's word and obeys His will. God's will for your life may be found in the New Testament; the Time of Grace.
Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 1 John 2:15
One cannot serve God and the "flesh" at the same time. The pleasures of this world are but temporal, which will keep your soul and mind busy. It will sidetrack you from the most important issue; walking pleasing unto God Almighty.
Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
Colossians 3:2
How pleasurable the things of this world may be, they are short lived. Where will you be after this life?
I am not suggesting to avoid clean pleasure, but rather not seeking worldly pleasure. Don't allow anything to take away your dedication to Jesus Christ; your holiness; commitment and your surrendered life to God.
But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them. 2 Timothy 3:14
May you allow God to lead and guide you in all truth, I pray.

God's Creation
Hearken unto this, O Job: stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God.
Job 37:14
Praise Him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens. Let them praise the name of the LORD: for He commanded, and they were created. Psalm 148:4,5
O LORD, how manifold are Thy works! in wisdom hast Thou made them all: the earth is full of Thy riches. Psalm 104:24

God Is Not Mocked!
DO NOT BE DECEIVED; GOD IS NOT MOCKED!
Never doubt the Word of God!!!
Make a personal reflection about this. It is written in the Bible:
"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." Galations 6:7
Here are some men and women who mocked God:
JOHN LENNON:
Some years before during his interview with an American Magazine, he said:
"Christianity will end, it will disappear. I do not have to argue about that. I am certain. Jesus was ok, but his subjects were too simple, today we are more famous than Him" (1966)".
Lennon, after saying that the Beatles were more famous than Jesus Christ, was shot six times.
TANCREDO NEVES:
He was a Brazilian banker and politician. On January 15, 1985 Tancredo Neves was elected to the Presidency by a majority of the members of Congress. However, just one day before he was scheduled to take the oath of office ( March 15, 1985), Neves became severely ill. He suffered from abdominal complications and developed generalized infections. After seven operations, Tancredo Neves died on April 21, 1985.
During the Presidential campaign, he said if he got 500 votes from his party, not even God would remove him from Presidency. Sure he got the votes, but he got sick a day before being made President, then he died.
CAZUZA:
He was a bisexual Brazilian composer, singer and poet.
During a show in Canecão ( Rio de Janeiro ), whilst smoking his cigarette, he puffed out some smoke into the air and said: God, that's for you.
I can't even explain how he died. He died in Rio de Janeiro in 1990 at the age of 32 due to AIDS related illness.
THE MAN WHO BUILT TITANIC:
After the construction of Titanic, a reporter asked him how safe the Titanic would be. With an ironic tone he said: "Not even God can sink it."
On April 10, 1912, the RMS Titanic set sail from Southampton on her maiden voyage to New York. At that time, she was the largest and most luxurious ship ever built. At 11:40 PM on April 14, 1912, she struck an iceberg about 400 miles off Newfoundland, Canada. Less than three hours later, the Titanic plunged to the bottom of the sea, taking more than 1500 people with her. Only a fraction of her passengers were saved.
MARILYN MONROE:
Billy Graham visited her, during a presentation of a show. He is a preacher and Evangelist and the Spirit of God had sent him to preach to her.
After hearing what the Preacher had to say, she said: "I don't need your Jesus."
A week later, she was found dead in her apartment.
BON SCOTT:
The ex-vocalist of the AC/DC On one of his 1979 songs he sang: "Don't stop me, I'm going down all the way, wow the highway to hell".
On the 19th of February 1980, Bon Scott was found dead, he had been choked by his vomit.
CAMPINAS/SP IN 2005:
In Campinas, a group of friends, drunk, went to pick up a friend. The mother accompanied her to the car and was so worried about the drunkenness of her friends and she said to the daughter - holding her hand, who was already seated in the car: "MY DAUGHTER, GO WITH GOD AND MAY HE PROTECT YOU."
She responded: "ONLY IF HE (GOD) TRAVELS IN THE BOOT, COZ INSIDE HERE IT'S ALREADY FULL."
Hours later, news came by that they had been involved in a fatal accident, everyone had died, the car could not be recognized what type of car it had been, but surprisingly, the boot was intact.
The police said there was no way the boot could have remained intact. To their surprise, inside the boot was a crate of eggs none was broken.
Many more important people have forgotten that there is no other name that was given so much authority as the name of Jesus. Many have died, but only Jesus died and rose again, and He is still alive. JESUS!!!
For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Matthew16:26
Please, pass on this important message.

Alarm in My Holy Mountain!
1. Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in My holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand;
2. A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.
3. A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.
4. The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.
5. Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array.
6. Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness.
7. They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks:
8. Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded.
9. They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief.
10. The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:
11. And the LORD shall utter his voice before His army: for His camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth His word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?
Joel 2:1-11
12. Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye even to Me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:
13. And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for He is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.
Joel 2:12,13
The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against His anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Psalm 2:2-4
For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the perfect shall remain in it. But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it. Proverbs 2:21,22
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

The Greatest?
Servant to all!
But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.
And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant: Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give His life a ransom for many. Matthew 20:27,28
It should be a privilege for us to serve others. Jesus says to His disciples: "If you desire to be the greatest in the Kingdom of God, be servant of all."
Many take this wrongly and think they should be served by all.
Becoming a Servant of the Most High, you're first going through the grindstone; in the melting pot; through the fire of purification.
Nothing of self should be visible; denying of the flesh must be #1. This is a lengthy process and if one rebels it will even take much longer. If one hasn't gone through this he/she cannot be a true servant as Jesus mentioned.
We must through much tribulation enter into the Kingdom of God. Acts 14:22b
Once God has called a person into this capacity, most of the time this person knows God's calling and becomes willing to be tested and trained for the task that lies before him.
Through this "training", God's word has become the basis and foundation upon which one builds and through which one moves, bringing forth the truth and the will of God to them in need of His help. The servant has become a funnel of God's grace and mercy, since he/she is an empty vessel filled with the things of God, rather than with the things of this world.
For the Kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.
The Kingdom of God is action, progress, growth and advance in the name of Jesus and through the power of the Holy Spirit. There are no setbacks, turnbacks, black-outs, slack-offs or slowdowns.
The Kingdom of God is a forward force; "The Power of God."
It, (The Kingdom of God) is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew, and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it. Luke 13:19
This is the life we must be striving for, and has truly been my desire since the Lord showed me His mercy and forgiveness some 45 years ago.
He has NEVER changed and I have become a true proof of His faithfulness.
Glory to His awesome and glorious name. AMEN AND AMEN!!
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Matthew 5:16
If you want to do something eternally worthwhile, aim in the correct direction; going God's way.
All Glory to the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost.
AMEN!
Please, read also the inspired writing "His Servant"

A Prophetic Message
The End of Days
And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. Romans 13:11,12
We're closer to it than we can imagine.
It is time to sharpen our spirit and fight all sins......
I can foresee wars, disasters and human corruption everywhere.....
America is in danger and I just let my fingers type this message.....
The LORD wants more from us, we have to encourage our families to pray and cease to worship fancy cars, cell phones etc.
The human spirit is empty because they pay attention to the new fancy car that just came out and forget that only GOD can fill an empty spirit....
It's a purchasing society instead of a praying society and again North America will receive a message from GOD very soon.....
Let's Pray!
Message from Brother Antonio V.
Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Philippians 4:5
Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh. James 5:8

The Time is Short!
The Lord reminded me of the Scripture below.
I do not have to add anything, since it is very clear and self-explanatory.
Aren't we confronted with all of this as we closely look around us?
We can easily observe that the night is falling.
I am strongly advising you to meditate and act upon it, for the days are short.
Joel 1:8-20
8 Lament like a virgin girded with sackcloth for the husband of her youth.
9 The meat offering and the drink offering is cut off from the house of the LORD; the priests, the LORD'S ministers, mourn.
10 The field is wasted, the land mourneth; for the corn is wasted: the new wine is dried up, the oil languisheth.
11 Be ye ashamed, O ye husbandmen; howl, O ye vinedressers, for the wheat and for the barley; because the harvest of the field is perished.
12 The vine is dried up, and the fig tree languisheth; the pomegranate tree, the palm tree also, and the apple tree, even all the trees of the field, are withered: because joy is withered away from the sons of men.
13 Gird yourselves, and lament, ye priests: howl, ye ministers of the altar: come, lie all night in sackcloth, ye ministers of my God: for the meat offering and the drink offering is withholden from the house of your God.
14 Sanctify ye a fast, call a solemn assembly, gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land into the house of the LORD your God, and cry unto the LORD,
15 Alas for the day! for the day of the LORD is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come.
16 Is not the meat cut off before our eyes, yea, joy and gladness from the house of our God?
17 The seed is rotten under their clods, the garners are laid desolate, the barns are broken down; for the corn is withered.
18 How do the beasts groan! the herds of cattle are perplexed, because they have no pasture; yea, the flocks of sheep are made desolate.
19 O LORD, to Thee will I cry: for the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness, and the flame hath burned all the trees of the field.
20 The beasts of the field cry also unto Thee: for the rivers of waters are dried up, and the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness.
Open your eyes and allow our Lord to reveal His truth to you, so you will be able to escape.
In His service.

The Da Vinci Code
Da Vinci Code = Blasphemy upon Blasphemy.
For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming:
2 Thessalonians 2:7,8
Please, know that the true Children of the Almighty, will NOT be watching this blasphemous movie, lest they become part of this sin. If they do they expose themselves willfully/knowingly to the sin of blasphemy and will suffer the consequences.
For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. Hebrews 10:26,27
Many that want to be deceived will be deceived. Others who don't know Jesus as their Savior and view this movie, may want to seek the Truth through God's word. They that seek will find, Jesus says.
God's word states clearly what will be upon them that spread deceit; who believe the lie and who follow after it.
Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2 Thessalonians 2:9-13
We, as followers of Christ stay hidden in Him and keep our garments washed in His Holy Blood, untouchable by the lies and deceit of satan.
But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul. Hebrews 10:39
For yet a little while, and He that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Hebrews 10:37
Hold on and endure till the end!

Walk in Liberty!
1.Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
2. Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.
3. For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.
4. Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.
5. For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.
6. For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love. Galatians 5:1-6
Thank God, for the freedom we have received through Christ.
Don't let anyone tell you anything different, for whom the Son set free is free indeed.
There are those who like to bring you into bondage through doctrines of man. They come with sly words, and even with scriptures. But they twist the truth thereof.
Some of you have listened to their lies and did fall away from the truth. How come you are so easily influenced by words of man, that you stray away from that which God's word so clearly teaches?
Keep your eyes single focused on the finished work of Christ, and stand firm on the truth of God's word.
For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Galatians 5:13,14

The THREE in ONE
Jesus says:
I can of Mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and My judgment is just; because I seek not Mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent Me. John 5:30
Some believers claim that there is only One divine person.
According to them this person is Jesus Christ.
To them, Jesus is also the Father and at the same time the Holy Ghost.
The saying is, there is only ONE God, which is Jesus, who has the titles of Father and Holy Ghost.
Their waterbaptism, therefore, is in the name of Jesus ONLY.
Let us meditate upon God's word and advise The Holy Bible.
It is not what WE think, because human thoughts are not God's thoughts.
God's TRUTH is to be found in the Scripture.
To know divine TRUTH, one needs to fully recognize God's Word,
believe it, go by it and stick with it.
Below are just a few scriptures referring to the Godhead;
the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, who are Three in personhood/function/entity, but ONE as being God in spirit.
Genesis 1:26...And God said, Let us make man in our image,
after our likeness:
US and OUR, refers to the Father and the Son and the Holy Ghost.
Jesus was with the Father, before the foundation of the world.
Matthew 3:16,17... And Jesus, when He was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon Him: And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
John 3:16... For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
The Father speaks about His Son while Jesus was baptized and gives recognition to Jesus Christ by addressing Him as "His Beloved Son".
In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. 1 John 4:9
The Father gave His Son as a ransom, Who was sacrificed for our transgressions. God, the Father did not sacrifice Himself.
Again, the Father and the Son have two separate identities, but each is God in mind, authority, power and likeness of spirit.
Matthew 28:19... Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
If Jesus was the Father as well as the Holy Ghost He would have taught to baptize in His name only. But Jesus didn't teach that since He knew He had a Divine connection/partnership with His Father and with the Holy Ghost.
The Divine Three are inseparable since They are ONE in the Spirit, and therefore They need to be included in all Christian functions; in prayer, praise, baptism, administering services as well as in Holy Communion.
Mark 14:36... And He (Jesus) said, Abba, Father, all things are possible unto Thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what Thou wilt.
Jesus is communicating with His Father. He would not be talking to Himself.
Matthew 27:46... Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
Certainly Jesus would not cry out to Himself, but to His Father. This clearly shows communication between two persons; the Son and the Father.
Matthew 1:18... Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.
It is easy to recognize that the Holy Ghost is not the same as Jesus Christ, in the above Scripture. Two separate entities, but One in the Spirit as being God.
John 14:26... But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in My name (Jesus), He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
John 16:7... Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I (Jesus) go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send Him (The Holy Ghost) unto you.
John 15:26... But when the Comforter (The Holy Spirit) is come, whom I (Jesus)will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, He (The Holy Spirit) shall testify of Me (Jesus):
The above scriptures are another great example of the Trinity. Jesus speaks of another "Person" the Comforter, whom the Father will send in Jesus name.
The Son did send the Holy Spirit after His descending, to dwell in the heart of believers.
God, the Son is seated at the right hand of God, the Father, while God, the Holy Spirit convicts the hearts/souls of sin and righteousness. Can this be any clearer?
There are many more scriptures which are very clear in identifying the Godhead; the Trinity; the Three in One.
The Trinity and Godhead is no point of human argument, since we can read and understand/take God's word for its face value.
The Three are One, not in personhood, but in Spirit, Direction, Holiness, Authority; each One of the Divine Persons is recognized to be God; recognizing distinctions among these Three Persons in that there are interactions between Them.
Three persons, Three functions, One in essence.
God, the Father
God, the Son
God, the Holy Spirit
Glory to the Father, to the Son and to the Holy Spirit.
AMEN AND AMEN!
In His glorious service,
Dr. Trudy Veerman

Sacrifice and Humility
Lessons from Ukraine: The Radical Humility of Sunday AdelajaUkrainian pastor Sunday Adelaja fears that some American preachers are spreading a deadly virus.
He is one of the most successful pastors in the world. The church he started in Ukraine in 1994 has grown to 25,000 people—to become the largest Christian congregation in Europe. A prolific author, he has sold half a million books—all in Russian—in the last decade.
But on the day I met with pastor Sunday Adelaja in his office at his Embassy of God church in Kiev, our discussion did not focus on success or how it is defined. Adelaja wanted to know why American preachers are so focused on money and fame.
It seems everyone who has a big church thinks they are supposed to be president for life,” Adelaja told me. They never move on.
At the moment, Adelaja is thinking about moving on. His main church in Kiev will celebrate its 12th anniversary later this month with a large conference. But the 38-year-old pastor, a Nigerian who earned a degree in journalism from a Russian university, is thinking of how he can work himself out of a job so he can plant more churches.
I have given all I have, Adelaja said. I have reproduced myself. I want the younger ones to go farther than I have.
Currently, 100 leaders trained by Adelaja serve as pastors for Embassy churches in Kiev. The movement spawned by the mother congregation now has 450 churches, including 13 in the United States. But each church is autonomous, and congregations do not tithe to the headquarters. Adelaja is vehemently opposed to starting a denomination, and he doesn’t want his name on anyone’s marquee.
Americans who visit Adelaja’s cavernous church in Kiev are sometimes surprised when they see the modest lifestyle of this modern apostle, who is known for his boisterous laughter and Nigerian passion. The Embassy of God’s building—a former Soviet-run sports arena—is rented, not owned. Behind the church’s stage, in an adjacent room rented by another tenant, athletes often disrupt services with their loud music. The owner of the building often turns off the church’s power, forcing Embassy staff to light the building with a generator.
Adelaja is not cut out of the same mold as the prosperity preachers who air their television programs here from the United States. Although he dresses tastefully, his lifestyle is not that different from the average Ukrainian. His Nigerian wife, Bose, and their three children live in a three-bedroom apartment that Adelaja bought for $40,000. He drives a 2002 Dodge Caravan.
When Adelaja hears about the glamorous lifestyles of some American ministers, he gets a puzzled look on his face. Is this a virus? he asks. Then he laughs hysterically, stands up and walks across the room with his arm raised. He smacks me with a big high-five.
Then he tells of one American minister who recently sent word that he must stay in the presidential suite in the most expensive hotel in Kiev when he visits. Adelaja frowns as he relates this story. He can’t understand why ministers of God need to be pampered like rock stars.
Everybody is busy building a big church. Let’s build the kingdom, he says.
Adelaja will keep his base in Kiev when he turns his church over to nationals, but he plans to spend more time training leaders and planting churches in Western Europe as well as in his native Nigeria. He is concerned that the virus of religious empire-building is as much a threat to his homeland as the bird flu is.
I asked Adelaja to share the secret of his spirituality, and the answer was simple yet profound.I spend one week out of each month with the Lord, he said. Fasting. I have to leave the family, the church and the pressures. That is what keeps me going.
Then I begged Adelaja to spend at least part of his time in the United States, where we need a dose of his New Testament faith—as well as a brotherly kick in the rear for our arrogance and materialism.
He wasn’t sure if American Christians would want to hear a message that calls for sacrifice and humility. I assured him that we are all ears.

Christ is Risen!
The grave could not keep Him. Our Savior is risen ! HALLELUJAH!
http://achristiancounselor.com/easter.html EASTER
And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. Matthew 28:5,6
Minister Dr. Trudy Veerman
I'd never known a love so sweet
that endured nails thrust into feet -
I'd never known a love so grand
that endured nails thrust into hands!
I'd never known a love so pure
that spears in side it could endure -
I'd never known a love so great
it cast out fear, and couldn't hate!
"Forgive them, Father," Love cried out
while from His lips His blood poured out -
"They couldn't know just what they do
"And "I commend Myself to You"...
Unselfish words, and pure, and kind
that came from out our Saviors mind -
He knew His death would cover sins
that from His death new Life Begins...
And so I thank You, Jesus, Lord
for buying me with Love and Word -
For helping me get close to You
and closer still, is what I'll do...
I love You, Lord Jesus -
thank You for dying for me!

What is Truth?
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. Colossians 2:8
When he (satan) speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. John 8:44b
A REMARKABLE OBITUARY:
Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Mr. Common Sense.
Mr. Sense had been with us for many years.
No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records
were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape.
He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable
lessons as knowing when to come in out of the rain,
why the early bird gets the worm, and that life isn't always fair.
Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies
(don't spend more than you earn)
and reliable parenting strategies (Adults, not kids, are in charge).
His health began rapidly to deteriorate when well-intentioned, but
overbearing regulations were set in place... including a six-year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate;
teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch;
a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student.
Mr. Sense was placed in Intensive Care, when schools were required
to get parental consent to administer aspirin to a student,
but could not inform the parents when a student became pregnant
and wanted to have an abortion.
Finally, Common Sense lost the will to live as the Ten Commandments
became contraband, churches became businesses, and criminals received
better treatment than their victims.
Common Sense finally gave up the ghost, after a woman failed
to realize that a steaming cup of coffee was hot and won a huge
financial settlement for spilling it in her lap.
Common Sense was preceded in death by his parents, Truth and Trust;
his wife, Discretion; his daughter, Responsibility and his son, Reason.
He is survived by two stepbrothers; My Rights and Ima Whiner.
Not many attended his funeral because so few realized he was gone.
If you still remember him, pass this on.
If not, join the majority and do nothing.

I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me. John 14:6
And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.
