Empty Vaults

Evening picture, taken on the farm. Copyright Dr. Trudy Veerman, 2012

And that Thou shouldest give reward unto Thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear Thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. Revelation 11:18b

Many countries are now digging in their empty "Piggy Banks", of which the bottom is in clear sight.
The USA will probably print some more $$ bills, if it can be covered or not. Predictions may sound positive, but it are just cover-ups and a soothers, until the printer runs out of ink.

People who are in debt may soon lose everything and there will be no government to provide for them. Wasting of all sorts, including that of energy which has gone on for years and who wanted to hear about minimizing, or reversing it?

Kids have grown up with the attitude of "throw aways", bursting at the seams with toys and clothing. Now we see the result... the globe is in trouble and too late to bring it back into "shape". Soon there may be No gasoline or it will be too expensive! Stay home, don't ride your "toys", and grow your own food, is the hint.

Most of this trouble comes  because of rebellion and by forsaking God and His word. Careless living is another issue with a waste of resources, ongoing all over this globe. Just think about the unnecessary air travelling of vacationers and businesses over seas, the use of 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, pleasure crafts. This earth will soon be like a worn-out garment, what the scriptures speak about. Besides there are so many people who leave the lights, TV, radio etc. on, around the clock.

My family came through a 5 year war and practiced to minimize on all sides.  Will this generation know and learn how to moderate... they may go out of their mind not knowing what and how to do it.

Another sign on the WALL...
Jesus is on His way to retrieve His Bride. Watch therefore that it shall not overcome you unknowingly... If His return is delayed the suffering on this planet will increase, and of course sin and abomination will be pushed to the top level.

Thank God we have HOPE, therefore fear does not grip our hearts if we totally trust in our Heavenly Father. This in itself will be a challenge for God's people.

Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. Psalm 91:5,6

Keep focused on the Lord, your God, and keep free from this world. We should always expect Jesus to return any moment. Come Lord Jesus, come hastily, I pray!

In the service of the Master,
Minister Dr. Trudy Veerman

Dear Dr. Trudy,

Your Blog 'Empty Vaults' was right on. We have notice the kids that have grown up with it ALL.. and have become wasteful. Have had cars at an early age and many have been able to go to high school and more and have chosen just to waste their lives with no thought on their minds of Eternity or going to church. This is too old fashioned for them.

My favourite expression has always been, "Waste not, want not!" and I still adhere to this, today.

Even those of us older folk that have tried to work to earn our way to having a home and put a few dollars away for our retirement is now in jeopardy. Soon what we know now as 'money' may be worthless. Future does not look good.. but those of us that know the LORD.. we can look up and know that HE will be coming to retrieve HIS Bride and forever be with HIM.

Thank you for your powerful Blog.. it spoke volumes.

God bless you,
Pat

Thank you kindly, Pat for your comment. It is much appreciated.
I believe that this world is in a bad shape and nobody can deny this, unless they keep their eyes closed and their ears shut.

Thank the Lord, He cares for His own. AMEN!
