It is interesting true, as a matter of fact, and very serious as well. We have the book and CD and his latest book also. A total eye opener and a revelation directly for this day and age. It is nearly unbelievable what has been and is going on in "secret" in the USA government.
It is rather "tough" material to read, but we were determent to find out what is going on and what will happen. It is absolutely a very timely message with a prophetic touch. Reading Dr. Thomas Horn's blog postings and replies will reveal most of what is in his books. There are even videos of interviews which are on Dr. Horn's BlogSpot.
We have to prepare ourselves and become aware of the Anti-Christ who will reveal himself in great power, as described by Dr. Thomas Horn, and according to God's word.

One thing I see is the national medical insurance that just passed... a precursor to the mark of the beast as people will be required to present "id" to receive medical care. Implanted verichips are already being pushed as the solution to arriving unconscious in the emergency room. Scan it and pull up complete computerized medical records.

Yes, the chip may be of concern, but that is just the beginning. The whole of USA government, from the beginning on, is based on the occult instead of Christianity, as was believed. This is where the Antichrist starts and will rule this world.
Dr. Horn has found the "key" which was through research and the leading of God's word. What he came to know is based on REALITY and TRUTH. You really need to read his Blogspot or his books to know where the occult is present and what will evolve from this.
I now understand the relation between Dr. Horn's message to the Christian world and a dream vision I received years ago, not realizing the interpretation until a few years back.
It happen to be the Antichrist, The Ruler of the World.

You know what? I wasn't planning to read his book until this conversation... Now I think I will. Thank you! ... just in case the rapture is after, not before the Great Tribulation.

Dr. Horn nor I are mentioning this to be the Great Tribulation. What is about to happen will be in our time soon. Believers have to go through some "tests" of endurance. We need to be prepared to follow the Lamb wherever He goes. This may be persecution, hardship, imprisonment etc. This Ruler will put on the pressure on the true Christians and that is when endurance comes in. Going to church is NOT enough, Church should be WITHIN us. Serving God should be our breathing in and out!
When all hell brakes loose is when the Church/Bride has been taken up and the Holy Spirit does not dwell on the earth any longer.
It can be compared with the five wise and five foolish virgins. They all walked through the wilderness to meet the Bridegroom. But when it took too long the five foolish virgins slacked off and did run out of "oil"... You get the picture?
We need to make sure that we are prepared to have our lamps filled (soul filled with the Holy Spirit) and that we don't slack off in following Christ closely.

Really K., the Holy Spirit is ours for the asking, because Jesus said to His disciples that He had to go so He could send us the Holy Spirit who will teach us and guide us in all truth and where to go or what to say.
Then in Acts 2:4 the Holy Spirit fell upon them...
And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
The apostle Paul explains precisely the working and the Gifts of the Holy Spirit in 1 Corinthians Chapters 12, 13 and 14.

REJOICE!
Dear Friend in Christ,
God's word amazes me over and over again. No words can express what the Word of God is able to do in one's life. I am speaking from experience. If we need help, encouragement, guidance etc. God's Word is always RIGHT on. Often I am greatly stirred in my soul when He gives me a scripture to read which is most essential at that time and moment.
God is so involved in our lives, we cannot compare such a relationship with any earthly person, how close they may be and how much they may love us. God's love and concern for His children is far beyond our comprehension.
The words which Isaiah wrote down, as seen below, are written for us at the moment you read it. Isaiah himself had no idea that his writing had such an enormous effect, even after thousands of years. This is GOD for you! He knew us from the beginning, if we realize this or not.
Our heavenly Father is the "Great I Am", He is to be trusted, He is to be praised and He is and will be for ever and ever, He is without beginning and end. Amen and Amen!
May the scriptures below bless you as it is blessing me.
Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.
Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.
Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.
Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.
And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.
And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.
No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:
And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away. Isaiah 35:3-10
